The Order of Things and Its Convergent Architecture

PAPER N°30. DIVULGATION ARTICLES. OCT 2026. JAVI JAMES' PORTFOLIO. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Dare to read this disruptive article if you want to find answers to get out of wherever you feel you want out of. Perhaps something will happen as a result of this reading.

I will begin by clarifying the following: hypnosis is closely linked to somatics and neuromodulation, as an endogenous science. Hypnosis basically means listening to your cells, but going past neurosis in high coherence, that is, beyond your mental noise, toward that inhospitable, deep silence. Listening has principles that apply to everyone, but everyone has a different purpose for their listening. The sacred secret in each of us is to discover how our own noise works from beginning to end.

Listening.

Noise is not bad; in fact, it is constructive if it is guided in consciousness —like fluid mechanics—, and that takes a linear time of learning. The cell itself is a noisy cell; the thing is that this activity should be born from a passive state of silence. The very word “activity” indicates that something is being activated. And what should effectively be activated is our potential, but that doesn't usually happen. What happens instead is that we fool ourselves into believing we are using genuine potential, when what we are really doing is stealing energy from somewhere else. It is not that it is wrong to move by drawing energy from a generic matrix, because that is part of the game, but it must happen infrequently, giving priority to our genuine potential, since the debt is collected over time —they call it karma; I see it as a generic algorithm that claims its logic to sustain that game, and this causes a kind of short circuit in our biological system—. I often make this analogy: to jump you always have to crouch first, otherwise it is impossible. In the same way, to move forward and build in life, we must first step back, otherwise it is an illusion, unless “something” is giving you energy and you don't know it. A diabolical, yet masterful, trick —the master saturn/satan—.

Energy is like a drawing waiting to take shape that needs a stroke to do so, but if we are distracted, we will only make scribbles. Therefore, listening to your body can be confusing if you are not clear about that natural order we are talking about —noise is born from silence—. In other words, if you now understand that your mental function must respond to passive instructions so as not to be someone reactive —confused—, then what remains is to train so that you manage to give genuine, intuitive instructions, not chaotic, instinctive ones. That training is for listening to your true voice, your coherence, and that is self-induced hypnosis, bridge, self-listening, or silence, whatever you want to call it —over the course of training you learn to tell the genuine voice from generated noise—. Note this: the state of alert belongs to a human who believes he is only an animal, feeling under constant threat, not present. But the state of listening belongs to the conscious human, who embraces his animal part, and who, knowing he is something more, lives in presence without being on alert, because he recognizes when a threat is real.

Somatics.

It is here that the term somatics comes in, which I understand as the art of mastering cellular listening and expression through instructive movements, without opposing resistance. Basically, a communication with your intelligent human part that facilitates locating the noise. In this way it is given room without being repressed, transformed through observation so that it flows in order. Soma is the nucleus of the neuron, and matica refers to its matrix, so that, if the instruction is mastered, there will be a neuro-regenerative and plastic matrix, not a generic one, and the patterns of repetition will be voluntary and constructive, not unconscious and destructive.

Mind this: mastery —from the Spanish “doma”, taming— is that order that flows from silence into noise, and it is tangentially opposed to control —“troll”; forced manipulation, from noise itself toward more noise—.

A state of high coherence happens because there is correct neuromodulation, and it begins in those adjustments, in that strategy we apply to access the reference silence, which, paradoxically, require silence —feedback in discipline—. Clearly it is a back-and-forth between silence and noise, but for there to be high coherence, what must prevail is the correct order of these factors. The state in which coherence predominates is characterized by a mental dynamic with low polarization, and it is what keeps you from getting trapped in your own noise. To improve this communication, try to make every movement in your life that your intuition whispers to you, without fear of what we call mistakes; after all, what matters is repairing them —dharma—. Doing nothing is very good, and it will bring a paradox, because getting there will also require a certain movement —not effort—.

Angular observation.

Notice how ironic it is: every movement requires energy —noise—, and its quality will be determined by the degree of consciousness, that is, by the order of the forces. If we are trapped in our mental noise with no commitment whatsoever to get out of it —muted will—, there will be unconsciousness and stubborn thoughts; however, if we insist on remembering that order begins in silence itself, because it is the only thing that is conserved —since noise is generated—, what we will achieve is an angular, insistent observation that will expose us as noisy, cornering us in every circumstance, and with that begins the challenge of putting ourselves in order —inner war—, because persistent observation alone will manage to dissipate a large part of that noise we have so intensely created, and the will will begin to gain volume little by little, making our decisions to transcend states carry greater weight, seriousness and eloquence. Beware of ambiguity, because in the face of these changes, our animal counterpart will roar and stubbornly try to defend that noise —dissociation and entropy—. Don't worry about the details of how to finish leaving those circumstantial states; you will discover it along the way, through that same self-observation and predetermination. Note that the key I have given you is “remembering” a simple logic —the order of things—, and from it projecting it into an insistent training, perhaps somewhat stubborn at first —discipline—.

Dare to experiment with yourself relentlessly, and you will be surprised. There are many people who teach breathing techniques and body movements that can be of great help, but if you go looking for that help, first make sure you are not doing it out of lack or victimhood, but because you have decided to commit to training yourself, and that attitude may carry a small dose of arrogance, but that word (“soberbia”) shares an etymological root with sovereignty (“soberanía”), and that has to do with the autonomy of the will, a constructive force of love —the importance of “decision/choice/conviction”—.

Temperance.

The capacity of temper is a natural state of omnipresent, permanent and imposing listening and observation. This helps us process information responsibly.

Information management requires these three stages: receive in consciousness, reflect in comprehension, respond in coherence. Keep in mind that the nature of information is convergent; the divergent is only its form.

I leave you with this last thought: “cuerpo” (body), from “corps”, means corpse, or cavity; therefore, your cellular body is alive because you give it life. So, if you are not your body, you are something more that inhabits it, you are something alive, that does not die, and that is consciousness, the only thing that is conserved —eternal—.
